Talent & Brand Marketing Executive (Entry-Level) - Financial advisory/ Wealth Management
Location: Central, Tanjong Pagar.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Working Hours:
5-days work week.
Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (60%)
- Manage and track incoming applications (ExploreFirst, Career Trial, direct applicants).
- Shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit.
- Maintain the recruitment database and reports.
- Provide a warm and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
2. Social Media & Content Creation (40%)
Plan, create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
Write career stories, testimonials and highlight the team culture.
Design visuals using Canva or similar tools (training will be provided).
Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose training sessions, interviews and webinars into shareable content.
Track and analyse content engagement performance.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in HR, Marketing or Communications.
- With good understanding of the financial advisory industry.
- Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva.
