Service Supervisor (Automotive / Tyre Workshop) | West | 5.5-Day
Location: West, Singapore.
Job Type: Full-time.
Industry: Automotive Engineering.
Salary: up to $3,000 per month.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday. 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Tranport: One-way company transport provided from Clementi MRT.
Mobile: Company phone provided.
Other Benefits: Additional night standby allowance + annual increment
Other Information: No Quota For Work Pass.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians.
- Deploy service technicians for on-site tyre servicing assignments.
- Attend to customer requests and jobs at the indoor workshop.
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries from customers in a professional manner.
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations and job completion.
- Perform admin tasks such as posting service notifications, managing inventory replenishment, and ensuring maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Plan and manage duty rosters for night standby shifts.
- Be on rotational standby for after-hours service calls.
Requirements
- Prior experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive or workshop environment.
- Experience in manpower deployment, especially of drivers or mobile service teams, is highly preferred.
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
