Facility Officer (M&E) | North | 5-Day
Location: Mandai, North Region (15-min bus ride from Kranji MRT).
Job Type: Full-time.
Industry: Maintenance (Engineering).
Salary: up to $3,900 per month.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Other Information: No Quota For Work Pass.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities
- Plan and manage routine maintenance for M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure systems meet operational standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency fault calls and troubleshoot on-site.
- Prepare quotations and compile service/maintenance reports.
- Support project upgrades and coordinate with contractors.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders and authorities.
- Visit and manage multiple government facilities as needed.
Requirements
- Engineering education and with relevant experience.
Responsible, committed, and solution-oriented.
Good communication, planning and coordination skills.
