Facility Executive(M&E) | West | 5-Day
Location: West, Singapore
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Site-based.

Salary: up to $3,800 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Must be comfortable with after-hours standby duty
No Quota For Work Pass.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact point for all facility matters during office hours and after-hours (standby duty required).
Carry your phone at all times – you’ll be on standby to handle urgent site situations.
Hands-on tasks including replacing lighting tubes, ballasts, and minor repairs (acts as in-house handyman/technician).
Oversee and coordinate M&E systems, with strong focus on ACMV (Air-Con & Mechanical Ventilation) and BAS (Building Automation System).
Perform basic administrative duties such as logging maintenance activities and updating reports when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in facilities management, especially in M&E, ACMV, and BAS systems.
Technically inclined – able to troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical/mechanical issues independently.
Comfortable with being on-call – phone must be within reach at all times.
Possess own motorcycle preferred (for quick access to site when needed).
Responsible, committed, and solution-oriented.
Good communication and coordination skills.
