Facilities Executive (M&E) | Jurong West | 5-Day
Location: West, Singapore
Job Type: Full-time.
Industry: Facilities Management (Real Estate & Property).
Salary: up to $4,000 per month
Work Schedule: 5-days, Monday-Friday, 9a.m – 6p.m.
No Quota For Work Pass.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact point for all facility-related matters.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors, tenants, and inter-departments to resolve site issues effectively.
- Respond to urgent site situations and be on standby after office hours.
- Perform hands-on tasks (e.g. replacing lighting tubes, ballasts, minor repairs).
- Oversee and manage M&E systems, especially ACMV (Air-Con & Mechanical Ventilation) and BAS (Building Automation System).
- Handle administrative duties such as logging maintenance activities and preparing reports.
- Support Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Variation Orders (VO) processes.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in facilities management (M&E/ACMV/BAS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to work well with diverse stakeholders (contractors, tenants, colleagues).
- Calm and professional when handling stressful or urgent situations.
- Technically inclined and independent in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues.
- Must be comfortable with walking within warehouse buildings.
- Responsible, committed, and solution-oriented.
- Must be comfortable with after-hours standby duty.
