We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end customer order processes. This role involves entering customer purchase and service orders into the ERP system, tracking changes, and ensuring timely fulfillment and invoicing in compliance with IncoTerms and payment terms. You will collaborate closely with Logistics and Customer Operations to coordinate shipping and distribution, maintain accurate order history for audit purposes, and act as a key liaison between Operations and Customers.
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/Supply Chain or relevant course of studies.
Minimum 8 years of experience in operational multi-functional process environment.
Good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in a global manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Powerpoint and Access knowledge is an advantage (Include Powerpoint and Access for Administrator).
Must be proficient in intermediate level of Excel.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Team player with good problem solving ability.
