Job Description
A growing company in the engineering and project services sector is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive. This role offers comprehensive exposure to financial and project accounting.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
No Quota For Work Pass

Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts
Handle project accounting and monitor WIP schedules
Perform month-end closing and financial reporting
Prepare cash flow statements and bank reconciliations
Reconcile inter-company accounts
Ensure compliance with GST submissions, audits, and statutory requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretarial firms, and banks
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
Recommend process and cash flow improvements
Maintain accurate accounting records and files
Support any ad hoc finance duties as needed
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in full set accounts
- Experience in project/WIP accounting preferred
- Familiarity with Synergix software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Independent, detail-oriented, and organized player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
