Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 to 17:30 hrs
Working Location: Aljunied
Salary Range: Up to $2.5K
Handles customer enquiries / orders mostly through emails (deal with overseas customers)
Coordinate with intercompany / suppliers to arrange shipments.
Prepare quotations / proforma invoice / order confirmation.
Entering the orders into our in-house system
other ad-hoc tasks relates to sales
Requirements:
Singaporean or permanent residence only
Min GCE O Level
Must be Confident & independent handling multiple task
Good command of spoken and written English.
2-3 years’ experience in Customer service / Sales Coordinator
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
