Job Description

• Salary range: $2,000-2,500
• 5 Days week  / Working hour: Mon-Thur (8.30am-6pm), Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
• Working location: Near Macpherson/Ubi MRT
• Product: Medical & dental products

• Prepare quotation, invoice, PO, DO
• Handle data entry and stock updating.
• Pick and pack stock
• Perform goods receiving and arrange neatly in store
• Handle calls, quotations, email enquiries 

• Singaporean  /Resident ONLY
• Able to handle both English and Chinese documents (e.g. DO/ invoice)
• ITE/ GCE N / O level with Sales admin / Sales coordinator working experience preferred.
• Must have hands on knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
• Fast typing speed (min 45wpm) with high degree of accuracy
• Multi-tasker and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude
• Meticulous, good in figures and organized
