Project Leases Executive (with site visits) Full Time

Our client holds a wide range of portfolio mainly in the real estate businesses comprising of leasing, property investment, property development, management and co-ordinating of projects and investment holding.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Working Location: Cecil Street

Salary: SGD 3,300 – SGD 4,300

Responsibilities:

• To assist with all matters relating to Project Leases, including new leases, as well as lease renewals for all properties/ projects held under the company
• To manage Lease Administration, including monitoring/ updating and maintenance of Property Rental Listings, monitoring timeline for Lease renewals
• To work with Agents to source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of our properties. This includes marketing all available units, arranging site viewings, and negotiation on new leases and renewals
• Preparation of all Lease documentation such as Letter of Intent (LOI), Tenancy Agreements (TA) etc relating to Project Leases
• To handle all communication and queries with all tenants, agents etc on project leasing matters and to establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
• To handle property handover/ takeovers for all projects
• To handle property maintenance issues and resolve complaints from tenants expeditiously
• Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/ sales documents in an orderly manner

Requirements:

• Min 2 years relevant experience
• The ideal candidate will be managing the projects, maintenance and leases. Need to coordinate with contractors and tenants, etc. Required to be on sites when necessary. This is not a desk-bound job. (transport claims will be reimbursed)
