Job Details

  • Salary: $1,500-$2,000
  • Working hours: 8.30am-6pm (staggered)
  • Working Location: Tuas

Job Duties:

  • Maintain timely record in spreadsheet and database
  • Prepare source data for data entry, sort information according to priority
  • Verify accuracy of data for any error and correct if any error is found
  • Print production sticker when required
  • Preparation of work order sheet, packing list and shipping documents
  • Maintain database report for all section mentioned above
  • Any administrative ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O-level qualification
  • Strong sense of urgency, able to multitask
  • Positive, keen and willing to learn
  • Able to work OT (only when required)
  • Familiar with Autocad or Autodesk an added advantage
  • Candidates who are able to start immediately/ within short notice preferred
