Human Resource Executive Full Time

• Company specialise in manufacturing of smoke detection for fire prevention and security systems for facility monitoring

Job Description:

• Prepare and review relevancy of company HR policies
• Administer health and life insurance programs and policies
• Communicate and implement training and development plans
• Plan and execute half yearly performance review sessions
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Monitor budgets by department
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
• Prepare HR and admin monthly reports
• Assist in performing office administration, such as stationery ordering and control, company vehicle, office equipment, travel applications, telco, licenses application and renewal etc.
• Prepare application for government funding support where applicable.
• Liaise with various tertiary institutions’ on internship programs.
• Assist managers in handling disciplinary matters, staff grievances and complaints

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/Diploma in HR Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in performing HR/Admin activities
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Solid understanding of labour legislation
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills
• Team player, ability to articulate ideas clearly and to communicate concisely to employees at all levels.
• Self-initiative in keeping abreast with new HR-related government incentive support programs launched by various government agencies.
