• Working with the strategic Business Partners, taking ownership in creating robust technology proposals that align to IT standards and strategy
• Working with the operating group to ensure business specific input to both the operating group and IT global technology services projects and programmes
• Drive relationship with key operating group sponsors in the region
• Change management assessment, planning and communication to ensure minimum impact to business through change process
• Set up and manage project team deliverables in the business, facilitate testing sign off by users, and transitioning into on-going service, project closure etc
• Ensure technical projects are delivered to plan and scope, and escalate issues as necessary
• Plan and monitor technology introduction and progress; agree and align plans with team members and submit regular reports indicating deviations and any corrective action taken

What you’ll need:

• Computer Science background
• Able to travel
• Independent thinker, strong decision-making capabilities
• Highly organised, excellent planning skills with strong technology and change background
• Has sufficient credibility and gravitas, and ability to work with and relate to a highly demanding internal clients’ base
• Excellent people and team management skills, able to manage upwards and influence in a complex environment
