Job Details

  • Salary range: $2,000-$2,400 before OT (payable)
  • Work Location: East 
  • Working days: 5 days per week, 8am to 6pm (1 sunday off 1 weekday off according to duty roster)
  • Must be able to do overtime 1 hour every day
  • Candidate with receptionist/ customer service/ hotel lobby/ flight attendant experience will be advantageous
  • Able to start work within short notice/immediately would be preferred

Job Description:

  • Greet, check in and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Handle phone calls, Answer general enquiries and forward incoming phone calls
  • Attend to incoming mails, parcels and front desk’s petty cash
  • Hardcopy filing of front desk’s monthly report
  • Coordinate with chauffeur on pickups and sending off customers
  • Summarise and verify retail transactions settlement for account use
  • Custodian for customer area’s cleanliness
  • Other ad-hoc task assigned

 Job Requirements:

  • Citizen / Residence of Singapore Only need to apply.
  • Min O-level, must have exceptional listening skills with good level of Chinese and English communication proficiency to handle customer enquiries
  • Good communication skills, pleasant personality
  • Able to multitask, adaptable with good focus
  • Able to start work within short notice/immediately would be preferred
