Job Details

  • Salary range: $2,000-$2,200
  • 5 days work week: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm), Sat (9am-1pm)
  • Location: Ubi/ Alexandra
  • Product: Automotive
  • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice/immediately will be prioritized
Job Duties:
  • Assist in daily operations:
    • Check of recall campaign for vehicles
    • Order spare parts via requisition, tracking and coordination when parts arrive
    • Handle quotation, PO and invoice for service jobs
    • Handle pick up and delivery arrangements
    • Monitor and trace outstanding jobs
  • Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
  • Only for locals (Singaporean and residents)
  • Min O-level education, require knowledge on computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to handle English and Chinese speaking customer
  • Able to multitask, pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Candidates with receptionist/ customer service/ flight attendant/ hotel industry experience an added advantage
