BIM Modeller (Microstation) in Singapore Full Time

Salary up to $3800

Nature of business: Provides electrical Solution. The Company offers design, engineering, procurement, project management, installation, testing, and maintenance services for electrical, signaling, and communication systems. Focus on the transportation infrastructure, rail, power, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed design drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built status by using leading Autodesk and Bentley BIM Software
• Creating and Updating BIM design models, construction models, 4D Models, 5D quantity take-off (QTO) Model, 2D shop Drawings, Shop Models, Submission Models, As-built Models, Asset Information Models, Coordinated Service Model (CCSM) based on contract drawings and latest information
• Coordination with clients, consultants and other contractors for clarification and to resolve all design and clashes issues for the preparation, submission and approval of BIM models.
• Attend site meetings or conduct site verification whenever required.
• Ensure proper documentation of all the models and drawings (e.g. Shop drawings, Layout Plan drawings and As-Built drawings with all respective trades (e.g. Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist Sub-contractor works).
• Familiar with LTA & BCA drawings standards.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in M&E Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production of BIM model (MEP) design, visualization, documentation, coordination especially for commercial, industrial building and LTA MRT and Tunnel projects.
• Knowledge of latest Singapore BIM Guide and Singapore VDC Guide is desirable.
• have practical experience with Open Building Designer Software. Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Plant 3D and MICROSTATION with emphasis on project sheet setup, clash detection, 2D to 6D. 
• Proficiency in Bentley application Navigator, Open Plant & AECOsim is an added advantage.
• Task oriented, able to deliver work under tight deadlines.
