BIM Engineer in Singapore Full Time

Working Days: 5 days work week

Location: Woodlands

Salary: Up to $4000 and above

Job Description

  • Report to Project Manager Scope of Building Services, Airconditioning and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works in construction field, for project management.
  • Understanding of ACMV engineering and contractual requirements
  • Work with design department to ensure compliance of engineering and safety requirement through design.
  • Attend to contractual, cost, schedules, coordination, progress monitoring and project completion
  • Manage information and data assets for the purpose of coordination with stake holders on Building Information Model.
  • Preferred area of experiences:
  1. Hospitals, Labs, Operating theatres, etc
  2. Commercial or industrial building – Warehouses, factories , etc
  3. Government projects
  4. Data centers

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering or related, must have project acmv experience
  • Degree in Sustainable Infrastructure may apply, no experienced are welcomed to apply.
  • Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2, training will be provided if do not possess this qualification.
  • Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
  • Able to move around locally across various sites.
  • Knowledge in BIM is added advantage but not a must, inexperienced must be willing to learn as part of the scope of the work with training provided.
