Accounts Executive – Kaki Bukit Full Time

Location: Kaki Bukit

Work Week: 5 Days

Salary Range: Up to $3.5K

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate, timely monthly/ yearly financial closing and reporting
• Prepare monthly schedule for Audit such as Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets and etc
• Prepare and submit corporate income tax and quarterly GST returns
• Monthly aging report review for vendors and debtors
• Preparation of Cash flow forecast and budget
• Review weekly AR & AP report
• Prepare Sales invoicing, SOA and payment voucher
• To oversees the smooth running of the company’s New ERP system
• Check and verify suppliers’ invoices
• Process staff claim and ensure timely approval
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts
• Oversee stock on-hand movement
• Prepare payroll-related matters, CPF, AIS Submission
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax authorities & other statutory compliance
• Perform any other ad hoc admin duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in handling full sets of accounts
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good working attitude and attention to detail
