Accounts Executive – Tagore Lane Full Time

Location: Tagore Lane

Work Week: 5 Days

Salary Range: Up to $4K

Job Description

  • Maintain full set of accounts
  • AP functions such as verify invoices, process payments and monitor supplier reconciliation
  • Review AP aging and perform payment forecast
  • Weekly AR review and credit and debt control
  • Perform bank reconciliation for all banks and month end journal entries
  • Perform all banks related matter – Performance Bond/ Warranty Bond/ Letter of Credit/ Invoice Financing/ Fixed Deposit
  • Review and prepare monthly staff claim reimbursement (including overseas staff)
  • Prepare quarter GST report
  • Monthly exchange rate input
  • Assist audit related matters
  • Others administrative support for office and facility related concerns

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans or PRs only
  • Degree in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualification with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Available immediately
