Accounts Executive – Tai Seng Full Time

No Quota For Work Pass

Location: Tai Seng

Work Week : 5 Days

Salary Range: Up to $4K

Job Responsibilities:

  • AR/AP
  • Monthly Accounting & Book-keeping such as bank reconciliation and report generation
  • Quarterly report generation of GST filing
  • Administrative duties such as filing as we close the accounts monthly.
  • Year-End Tax services such as Tax computation and filling of ECI, Form CS
  • Preparation of monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A submission
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Maintain and record staff leaves application and approval

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean / Residence ONLY need to apply
  • LCCI / Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Good communication skills and independent individual.
