Key Responsibilities
Lead customer technical discussions on Security Systems design solutions, not limited to CCTV and Electronic Access Control Systems designs.
Prepare proposals, specifications, compliance documents and network diagrams.
Support tenders, POCs, demonstrations and technical presentations.
Lead, coach and develop the technical team.
Manage resources, workload and technical competencies.
Drive certifications and continuous improvement.
Oversee implementation, professional services and technical support.
Manage technical escalations and ensure SLA and service quality.
Build strong relationships with customers, consultants and partners.
- Work closely with technology vendors and partners.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Networking, Security Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in security systems, networking, systems integration, or a technical support environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and network diagrams.
- Experience managing or leading a small technical team, including performance management and coaching.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tender and procurement processes in a B2B or project-based environment.
- Proficient in English for engagement with consultants, vendors, and enterprise customers.
