Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
Job Description
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering and currently reside in Singapore
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in quantity surveying and good hands-on experience in using MS Office, AutoCAD
Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation order, and finalization of accounts
Manage subcontract issues from time to time
Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
