Evaluate and report: Perform inspections, failure analysis, and prepare repair reports and cost estimates.
Repair tasks: Carry out repairs with proper documentation and within deadlines.
Track performance: Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, quality, and productivity.
Manage workflow: Ensure repair tasks are completed on time.
Work with teams: Coordinate with Sales, Field Service Engineers, Product Group, and Application Engineers.
Follow standards: Comply with SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
Show professionalism: Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
Be flexible: Work overtime when needed.
Support manager: Handle additional tasks to meet service center goals.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in repair, maintenance, or technical service (preferably in industrial equipment or vacuum technology).
Technical skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and failure analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Communication: Good written and verbal skills to prepare reports and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused and collaborative mindset.
