Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all project cost matters — from tender stage to final accounts.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
- Provide sound cost control and financial insights throughout each project.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works comply with contract terms, company procedures, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
- Min 4 years’ experience with main contractor projects.
- Solid grasp of construction contracts, measurement, and valuation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS-related software.
- Experience in LTA projects is a plus.
