Process Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
Verify order details, pricing and product availability.
Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales documents.
Coordinate with the Sales team on customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate incoming goods and inventory receiving.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform stock verification and inventory checks when required.
Coordinate urgent retailer collection orders with the warehouse team.
Arrange local deliveries and export shipments.
Liaise with customers, transport providers and warehouse personnel.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Prepare shipping and delivery documentation.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in:
Sales Administration
Customer Service
Logistics Coordination
Warehouse Administration
3. Experience processing:
Sales Orders (SO)
Purchase Orders (PO)
Delivery Orders (DO)
4. Experience in consumer products, trading or distribution is an advantage.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Organised, responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Comfortable working closely with Sales and Warehouse teams.
