Location: West Region.

Industry: Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $2,800 per month (commensurate with experience).

Working Hours:

5.5 Days Work Week:

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm.

Alternate Saturday Off after confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

Process and prepare: Request for Quotations (RFQ), Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists.
Support procurement activities and order tracking.
Maintain inventory and purchasing records.
Prepare invoices and assist with documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and operations team to ensure timely deliveries to vessels.
Support accounting and audit-related administrative work.

Job Requirements

GCE N/O Levels or above.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and multitask.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in shipping, marine, hospitality, FMCG, food trading or related industries will be advantageous.
