Hiring Now: Key Accounts Executive (Electrical Appliances) | East | Up to $3.5K + Transport Allowance + Attractive Commission

1. Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, retail partners, and distribution channels.
2. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
4. Track sell-in and sell-out performance, analyze data, and identify new growth opportunities.
5. Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics.
6. Ensure strong product visibility, merchandising, and retail execution at store level.
7. Monitor account receivables and ensure timely collections.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, key account, or channel management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, or FMCG.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key retail accounts.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with CRM or sales reporting tools.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
