This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished Sales Director to drive regional business growth and strengthen market presence across Asia. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales organisation to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in explosion-proof and process safety markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance with all corporate and industry standards.
Job Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or business leadership role within the industrial or engineering sector.
Proven ability to lead regional sales operations and achieve business growth targets.
Strong knowledge of explosion-proof systems, hazardous area equipment, or process safety technologies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in SAP, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
