Location: South Region.

Salary: up to $2,500 per month.
Work Hours:
Alternate 5.5 days work-week – Mondays to Fridays 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm.

- No quota for work pass.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare vehicle purchase agreements.
- Request and manage settlement quotes with finance institutions and banks.
- Coordinate with the sales support team and dealers on settlement confirmations.
- Check for outstanding finance before processing documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and submitted.
- Upload and maintain vehicle purchase files in the internal system.
- Handle document filing and records management.
- Manage settlement and vehicle delivery documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of all documents to the Finance Department.
- Issue Vehicle Sales Agreements and coordinate vehicle transfers and collections.
- Handle cheque banking and update Finance on dealer transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
Job Requirements
- Applicant must able and willing to work overtime as and when required.
- GCE”O” level with credit in English and Chinese.
- IT savvy with 1 to 2 years of experience as an Admin Support in the automotive industry preferred.
