Hiring Now: Quantity Surveyor and Drafter - Civil Subcontract | North
Location: Sungei Kadut.
Industry: Surveying (Construction).
Salary: up to $4,000, commensurate with experience.
Working Hours:
- Mon to Sat (5.5 days).
Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Project Director.
- Handle quantity surveying for subcontract works (Civil).
- Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, review tender drawings, material specifications, and related documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalise accounts.
- Manage subcontractor-related issues as they arise.
- Attend site meetings to coordinate progress, resolve problems and support decision-making for successful project completion.
- Draft P&S layout plans.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year’s working experience in quantity surveying preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
