Location: West Region.

Salary: up to $5,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 standards.
- Carry out internal audits (process, system, product) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Handle quality planning tasks such as APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa.
- Review engineering drawings to ensure they meet manufacturing and inspection needs.
- Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA processes.
- Support supplier quality through audits, inspections, and material decisions.
- Maintain quality documents, reports, KPIs, and audit records.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality, processes, and efficiency.
- Support calibration activities and analyses measurement data using metrology and measurement tools ( e.g. CMM, gauges, vision systems).
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management.
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality management system standards.
Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
