Operations Executive | North
Location: North Region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with various departments. Reporting to Operation Manager.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare performance reports and track key metrics.
Job Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
