Key Responsibilities
Plan, design & manage M&E works for commercial renovation projects.
Prepare tender drawings, specifications & cost estimates.
Attend site meetings, project meetings & inspections.
Review shop drawings & technical submissions.
Handle contract administration matters.
Oversee testing & commissioning of M&E systems.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering.
- Experience in M&E or Construction projects.
