Location: East Region.
Industry: Import/Export & Customs (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $3,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm (closed on Saturdays unless required).

Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Documentation: Prepare and process export/import customs declarations, Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, and GST permits.
- Carrier & Agent Liaison: Coordinate with airline carriers, ground handlers, and overseas partners to secure cargo space allocations.
- Cargo Tracking: Monitor real-time flight and cargo movements to ensure timely delivery milestones.
- Customer Service: Provide shipment status updates, resolve supply discrepancies, and manage transport delays.
- Liaison & Compliance: Advise customers on freight costs while ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and security procedures.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese as need to liaise with oversea Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- 1–3+ years in freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and freight management software; solid knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
