Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, fax, and walk-ins.
Perform sales duties and handle day-to-day sales documentation and administration.
Coordinate sales, purchasing, and logistics with internal departments and external partners.
Create, maintain, and update accurate database records using in-house programs and tools.
Assist superiors with assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements

Open to candidates with or without experience (1–2 years in sales admin/operations is a plus).
Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Excel.
Effectively bilingual to communicate with diverse clients and vendors.
Detail-oriented, hardworking, and possesses a positive working attitude.
