Location: Tuas – West Region.

Transport: Company transport provided. Pick-up points at Marsiling & Jurong East MRT.

Industry: Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $4,500 per month.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.15 pm.

Other Info:

To support development, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications such as Microsoft, server, workstations, firewall, emails, internet security, VPN, VOIP and data backup.
To support and maintain the activities of IT operation of the group including daily helpdesk and technical support to the end-users.
To plan, coordinate and manage installation and maintenance activities when required.
To handle the support and management of IT infrastructure locally and overseas.
To collaborate and coordinate with vendor for maintenance service, hardware procurement and project implementation.
To maintain the Active Directory and group policy management, Windows operating system, disaster recover plan.
To prepare, update and execute IT Standard Operating Procedures when required.
To ensure IT system compliances such as licenses, policy and contract.

Min Diploma in IT or or equivalent.
Experienced in Managed Network routing configuration.
Min 3 years of hands-on. experience in IT infrastructure; troubleshooting enterprise hardware and servers or Windows based server.
Experienced working with MSSQL, MS Business Central and SAP B1 is added advantage.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot users’ issues effectively.
