Location: West.
Industry: Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $3,800 per month (commensurate with experience).
Working Hours: 5 Days Week | 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle general admin duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services (cleaning, transport, water filtration, plants, etc.).
- Manage pantry and stationery replenishment and monthly food voucher distribution.
- Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance and overtime checking.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Source and administer staff training needs.
- Liaise with vendors on dormitory matters.
- Plan and organise employee engagement activities and company events.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HRM/ Administration/ Business Studies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Meticulous, reliable, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
