Human Resources

1. Assist in the full recruitment cycle — posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for local and foreign employees.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Track attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters.
5. Manage employee benefits including insurance and leave entitlement.
6. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
7. Support employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal processes.
8. Handle staff queries and provide administrative support for HR-related matters.

Administrative Support

1. Manage general office administration including answering calls, handling correspondence, and filing.
2. Arrange meetings, prepare materials, and assist with logistics.
3. Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
4. Support travel and accommodation bookings.
5. Assist in organizing staff events, meetings, and company activities.
6. Provide administrative support to management as required.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
3. Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Responsible, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
6. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work independently and prioritise tasks efficiently.
