Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy, annual business plan, revenue targets and go-to-market program.
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company revenue, margin and growth objectives.
Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, account plans and KPIs.
Implement disciplined sales forecasting, opportunity qualification and pipeline-management processes.
Run regular sales meetings, account reviews and pipeline reviews.
Monitor market developments, customer requirements, competitor activity and emerging tech trends.
Identify new products, solutions, vendors and market segments for sustainable growth.
2. Business Development & Account Management
- Provide management with timely, accurate sales forecasts, performance. reports and market updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, channel partners, technology vendors and end-user customers.
- Strengthen strategic accounts through structured account planning, cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop new business across government, banking & financial services, datacenter, telecommunications and commercial sectors.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline via direct engagement, partner development, networking, referrals, industry events and digital prospecting.
- Use LinkedIn and other digital channels to identify prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Lead customer presentations, partner discussions, solution positioning, commercial negotiations and deal closing.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years of direct sales experience in networking & cybersecurity solutions or professional services.
- Min 3 years sales leadership/management experience, including team performance and revenue accountability.
- Established relationships with system integrators, channel partners or enterprise customers in Singapore.
- Experience in government, banking & financial services, datacenter, telecommunications or commercial sectors.
- Sound knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, social selling, CRM systems and digital prospecting.
