Location: Jurong.

Oversee daily fire protection maintenance and service operations.
Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire protection systems.
Liaise closely with clients on maintenance schedules, service issues, and operational matters.
Ensure maintenance works are carried out in compliance with SCDF and workplace safety requirements.
Manage and implement risk assessment and safe work procedures.
Conduct technical training and OJT for maintenance technicians.
Monitor team productivity, operational performance, and service quality.
Support maintenance/service revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular operational and progress reports.

Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in fire protection maintenance/service industry.
Strong hands-on technical knowledge in:
- Fire Alarm Systems.
- Sprinkler Systems.
- Fire Protection Systems.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting.

4. Experience managing maintenance/service teams and daily operations.

5. Candidates with SCDF-related maintenance or project exposure will have an added advantage.

6. Good communication and client management skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

8. Class 3 driving licence preferred.

9. Responsible, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
