1. Manage and lead the finance team and oversee the entire finance functions and its processes.
2. Oversee monthly and annual financial statements closing and reporting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information at both entities and group levels, assess financial reports and share insights with management.
3. Collaborate with overseas finance personnel for group consolidation.
4. Responsible for accounting, statutory and regulatory reporting, budget, banking, tax, audit process, corporate secretarial and other government bodies or agencies to ensure compliance including liaising with the various providers and agencies.
5. Support Finance Director in accounting related matters and ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements

1. Min Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification.
2. Min 5 years of experience handling full sets of accounts with supervisory role and group consolidation.
3. Strong hands-on proficiency in Sage 300, especially in financial reporting and budgeting.
