Location: Central Region.
Location: Henderson Road
Industry: Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $3,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily accounting operations, A/R, A/P, G/L, treasury and etc.
- Oversee petty cash and expense claims.
- Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting process. Ensure accurate & timely financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing and integrity of financial statement.
- Ensure compliance to local accounting standard and IFRS.
- Responsible for yearly financial audit and financial statement preparation.
- Leads the preparation of tax declarations and statutory reports, manage communications with Tax Office.
- Anticipate questions, issues and challenges from management, external audit, etc.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Accounting. At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Hands on and a team player who are able to deal with all levels of people.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong independence, interpersonal skills, self-motivated and proactive, attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be computer literate, familiar with ERP system, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
