Location: Tuas.

Salary: up to $3,800 per month.
Allowance: Available up to $350.
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 11:30am – 8:45pm.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements.
Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are tested to meet authorities’ requirement.
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders.
Day to Day operation and routine inspection of building facilities.
Perform general maintenance including building works repairs, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing & sanitary systems.
To supervise outsourced security and ensure security procedures are in place and being carried out at all times.
Perform the role of 2nd in-charge of Site Incident Controller (SIC) and be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
Assist the FSM in conducting regular fire safety inspection of the premises and cover the role of FSM during his absence.
Job Requirements
Min NITEC in Engineering.
Technical knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems.
Min 3 years’ relevant experience.
