Working Hours: 9am – 6pm, with flexibility required for evening or weekend events, Board meetings, and community engagements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, digital transformation, and organisational improvement.
- Drive fundraising through grants, donors, and corporate partnerships.
- Oversee programme delivery, partnerships, and impact measurement.
- Strengthen community, donor, and volunteer engagement.
- Lead branding, marketing, and communications for greater visibility.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Build and develop a high-performing team and positive culture.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field.
10–15 years of leadership experience, ideally in non-profit, public, or social service sectors.
Proven track record in strategy, fundraising, and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements for charities/IPCs in Singapore.
Experience in financial management and organisational leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
