Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of chemical products such as zinc and lithium-based products with opportunities to handle additional products as the business expands.
Identify, develop, and grow new customers in both local and overseas markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage Letters of Credit (L/C) with banks, and close sales transactions.
Follow up on customer payments and manage outstanding accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and customer requirements to ensure timely fulfilment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and business growth.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, chemicals, industrial products, or trading preferred.
- Experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sectors will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of inorganic chemicals, zinc products, and lithium-based products is preferred.Training provided.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
