Location: West.

Salary: up to $5,000 per month.
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.15pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and liaise with respective subsidiaries regarding group conso matters.
- Ensure subsidiaries’ conso package submit for conso on timely basis.
- Review subsidiary submissions, ensure completeness and accuracy, and resolve reporting issues.
- Ensure closing of group consolidation are on timely basis and information furnished are accurate and in concise manner.
- Prepare necessary monthly consolidation supporting schedules.
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing and consolidation financial statements of the Group in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.
- Assist in simplifying monthly conso package.
- Prepare statement of group cash flow, necessary supporting schedules and announcement (numbers only) on quarter-end and year-end closing for SGX announcement.
- In-charge in arrangement of Board file preparation/bidding on quarterly basis
- Manage audit requests and liaise with external auditors.
Job Requirements
Singaporean or permanent residents only.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field/Professional accounting certifications (ACCA/CPA/CA SG).
Min 3 years experience in Financial reporting (IFRS/SFRS), Consolidation, management report packages, Internal controls/governance, working with external auditors, drafting financial statements & preparing annual report, AGM and EGM, preparing budgets and forecasts.
