Perform daily accounting functions including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and staff expense claims.
Assist in month-end closing and maintaining accurate financial records.
Organize and maintain proper filing of documents.
Provide general administrative support including data entry, office supplies coordination, and clerical duties.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments when necessary.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
No prior experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
