Accounts Assistant - Immediate | Kallang
Location: Kallang, Central (5-min walk from Boon Keng or Bendemeer MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $2,900/month (Commensurate with Experience)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and staff expense claims.
- Assist in month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile Statements of Accounts.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of documents.
- Provide administrative and clerical support when required.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
