Location: Chin Bee Road.
Industry: Import/Export & Customs (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $2,800 per month (Salary Commensurate with Experience).
Working Hours:
- 5.5-Day Work Week – Alternate Saturday off after confirmation.
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate bonded warehouse transactions and records.
- Handle import and export permit documentation.
- Perform order entry and transaction updates in SAP.
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
- Assist with bonded goods documentation and movement.
- Reconcile records and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales and other internal departments.
- Liaise with customers and relevant stakeholders when required.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and update records accurately.
- Ensure transactions and documentation are completed within required deadlines.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level.
- Good numerical ability with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in warehouse administration, inventory, logistics or import/export documentation will have an advantage.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Knowledge of import/export permit processing or bonded warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
