Location: Pasir Panjang, Central Region.

Salary: up to $3,000 per month.
Working Hours:
- 6-day work week, staggered rotating 8hrs shifts between 7.30am to 11pm.
- Morning: 7:30am – 3:30pm (staggered).
- Afternoon: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (staggered), Sundays ending at 9.00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members, including ID pass checks.
- Handle phone enquiries, bookings, payments, and prepare daily reports.
- Monitor members, guests, and contractors during events and activities.
- Demonstrate activity procedures and safe equipment usage.
- Prepare and set up facilities before events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Oversee opening/closing of facilities and premises security.
Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- N/O Level/ITE Certificate with credit in English and Chinese.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills in both English and Mandarin as need to communicate with Mandarin speaking co-workers as well.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to monitor members, guests, and contractors during events/activities and must be able to perform moderately strenuous tasks.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and related IT applications.
- Prior experience in a recreation club will be an advantage.
